Welcome to the first step in your journey to becoming a certified Permanent Cosmetics professional! Our comprehensive 100-hour program is designed to provide you with the foundational knowledge and hands-on experience needed to excel in the rapidly growing field of Permanent Cosmetics. Certified by both the Society of Permanent Cosmetics Professionals (SPCP) and the American Academy of Micropigmentation (AAM), this program meets the highest standards of education in the industry.

100 Hour Permanent Cosmetics Training Course
Curriculum
Our 100-hour curriculum is split between 65 hours of in-depth classroom instruction and approximately 35 hours of home study, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of Permanent Cosmetics. This balanced approach prepares you for a successful career, with a focus on safety, technique, and artistry.

Day 4-6 -Model Days
2 brows, 2 Eyeliner, (top or bottom) & 2 lips (lip liner or lip blush) procedures are to be performed over the course of the model days

New Jersey Requirements
In the State of New Jersey and all regulated states, the student will be an approved Micropigmentation/ Permanent Cosmetics Practitioner upon completion of the Apprentice Program and passing the Board Certification Exam through the SPCP, AAM or SoftTap. Students who plan to work in the State of New Jersey are required to complete the Apprentice Program to work in this state. Every state follows their own regulations, and it is the student's responsibility to contact all of their state and local health agencies regarding the rules and regulations for permanent cosmetics in their area.
Program Overview
During your time in the classroom, you will learn the art and science behind Permanent Cosmetics, including color theory, skin anatomy, health and safety regulations, and client consultation procedures. You will have the opportunity to practice the following procedures under expert guidance:

2 Eyeliner Applications
To ensure you gain real-world experience, you are required to perform six procedures on models/volunteers. This hands-on practice is crucial for mastering the techniques you will use daily as a Permanent Cosmetics professional. We encourage you to arrange for your models to contact us in advance to schedule their appointments, as it is your responsibility to secure these essential learning opportunities.

Apprenticeship Program
Following the completion of your course, you may enter our Apprenticeship Program under the supervision of Mejias INK. This program enables you to perform an additional nine procedures, further refining your skills and preparing you for New Jersey licensure. This step is required for those aiming to work in the State of New Jersey.
